原因： LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG参数没有设置。


解决办法：

SYS@SBDB1>alter system set LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG='DG_CONFIG=(SBDB1,PROD1)';

DGMGRL> remover configuration;

重新配置：

DGMGRL> show configuration;Configuration - dg Protection Mode: MaxPerformance
Members:
PROD1 - Primary database
SBDB11 - Physical standby databaseFast-Start Failover: DISABLEDConfiguration Status:
