oracle 19c impdp 18c 报错 （哈哈 具体报错内容不记得了），但hight version impdp low version 如果报错基本情况排除后，一定要注意DST时区版本。

补丁进行opatch applu 日志就是将v32的时区文件copy到timezone目录中。
