Border控件主要用于绘制边框，在某种程度上扮演容器控件的角色。

Background：背景颜色

BorderBrush：边框颜色

CornerRadius：4个角的弧度，只设一个值代表4个角的弧度一样。也可以分别进行设置。

BorderThickness：4个方向上边框的宽度。
