PopUp为弹出框控件，可以自定义成提示框、等待框。

此控件为容器控件，里面能够包含、显示其他控件。

通过设置IsOpen属性，可以控制PopUp框的隐藏或者显示。通过设置定时器可以令其自动关闭。
