如上错误一般发生在Vagrant1.8.7，


解决方法：

1、重新安装Vagrant1.8.6

2、使用你系统的curl代替Vagrant curl


sudoln-nsf/usr/bin/curl/opt/vagrant/embedded/bin/curl
