Sample script adds the Assigned to’s manager as a CC on the email.
You may have noticed that the notification’s Who will receive section does not have fields for CC or BCC recipients. Add CCs and BCCs using the email global variable. This sample script adds the Assigned to’s manager as a CC on the email.
Include a Notification Email script in a notification Message HTML field using this syntax:
${mail_script:scriptName}
When the email is generated Beth’s manager, Fred Luddy, is a CC.
